Understand that Android is NOT a phone. It is an operating system that is used on many platforms. It's versatile, but because of the multiple platforms, extremely buggy from phone to phone (as noted above). It isn't just plug and play as people here are making it out to be. People claim droid to be better, but neglect the fact that it's not the proper comparison.
Iphone has many bugs too, but I believe they are a lot fewer than people make them out to be. I still have a 3gs and I have no problems with it. I've banged it around, dropped it, etc, etc, and it keeps on ticking. I can speak for the iphone 4 and the glass shell. I'll likely look hard at an iphone 5, but for now, my 3 is great. I *kinda* multitask, but I'm not limited by the iphone in that aspect.
I surf sites (mobile and full) from my phone, no problem. Whatever that "tap talk" (I think you meant tap a talk) comment was is incorrect. I access multiple email accounts, no problem. I have a lot of ease of use with the iphone that isn't there with phones using the droid platform. It works right out of the box - no tweaking necessary.
