Very dissapointed with Dan at COA

Hey everyone. I just wanted to take this time to say what I did creating this thread was every bit of wrong on my part. I was just feeling frustrated that I had lost the fish I paid pretty good money for right away but should've only dealt directly with Dan. He was nothing but great and understanding about the whole situation and even offered to resend me new fish with no charge to me except the shipping even after not showing the fish were dead upon arrival. I have the most upright respect for this guy, as a lot of you do as well, so I'm very sorry and extremely embarrassed for acting so childish and posting this thread. Everything I said was never meant to disrespect Dan and looking back at what I said, it really looks like I was talking straight out of my ass. So again I'm very sorry for saying the things I did. Dan was very professional about the whole situation and I let my impatience and frustration get in the way.

I also wasn't accurate on what Dan's shipping price was either so please don't listen to that. He only charges 45 for shipping for me but with the box and everything else it came out to 65 and also learned that Dan paid 11 dollars out of pocket to keep the shipping from being too much. Again I feel very stupid and embarrassed about all this and didn't handle it in the way I should have.

Ya he was very good about everything. He'd even selling me fish that he doesn't have for sale on his list and said he really didn't went to sell the vieja synspilum he is selling to because they're so nice but is still doing it. I feel like such an ass. After speaking with him after all this time, he is definitely a very good man
