looks like a female from here. lacking extentions on the fins and slender forehead that a male of that size would don

I got him on May 25th, 2007 at 2". So about three years old.

I adjusted the white balance in the photo of the male...didn't feel like doing it for all the others. Shooting in RAW is nice but time consuming.

Looks like a plump female to me!!, good luck and make sure you keep a pvc pipe in there that he can't fit into for her to seek shelter if all hell breaks loose

I've got them fully divided. He shows no interest when they're divided but beats the hell out of her when it's out after just a few minutes. I'll cut some holes she can fit through tonight and try out the partial divider.
