The wal-mart by me stinks!!!! They have fish but only the basics. One time when I was their I looked at the fish two dead goldfish were in the tank with a few live ones. I got mad, they were to lazy to take the dead ones out (and these were NOT feeder fish). I perfer this little shop by my house called Animal House. I think petco is okay. I think I will order all my large fish online though. Animal house has a few but petco has NONE.

I usually see green spotted puffers, dragon gobies, albino bichirs, oscars, pacu, ID sharks, Colombian cats, tinfoil barbs and various Africans at my Wal-Mart.

ditto. I see angelfish assorted apistos lace syndontis cats, I usually scan the africans for electric blue haps and peacocks.

albino channel catfish about 4-6 inches long for 4 dollars :)

I managed the pet department at a Wal-Mart about 5or6 years ago. I started carrying arrowanas, discus, mono's, Gobys, killifishes, bichirs etc... But now suppliers are limited on what they can sell to wal-mart by the Home Office. Probably a good thing.

how much for the aros?

they sell goldfish, tetras, pictus cats, chinese algae eaters, and i think some plants at mine

Yeah, what did walmart aro's go for?
