I read around 10-14 inches. Just remember, that auction has not hit its reserve so it'll go for much higher than that.

Gulpers get around 11 inches or so and are fairly outgoing for an Auchenipteridae. They are still woodcats though and should be provided with a hide. Any fish that are kept with them should not only be longer but deeper bodied as well. There tankmates should also be fairly peaceful. Often times the best bet is another Gulper.

As for the link that's Wetspot listing. You can buy from them direct. Here's a link to their available fish

The Gulper is $10 less and the price is fixed so you don't have to worry about the price going up.

You might want to get at least 3-4+ gulpers IMHO. See this for more: https://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/threads/jaguar-vs-gulper-catfish.680804/#post-7657166

But beware gulpers have been shown sensitive to water, esp. hard alkaline water and may require good experience.

Any part of a tankmate especially the head must not fit in gulper's mouth by any stretch of imagination. It can swallow a fish tail first too and do so stepwise IIRC - swallow part, digest, swallow more, digest, so on.
