every one keep's flaming and it get's realy annoying
Somebody must have failed high school English. There has been NO flaming, just a civilized discussion. You must be those flag-happy members that complain to the mods about every thread created. YOU need to chill, or at least go back and re-read the whole thread. :screwy:

The kid shouldn't be convicted of murder. I'm sure while he is sitting in jail for burglary the fact that he participated in something so stupid that it got his friend killed is punishment enough that alone is a life sentence. As for the kid whose face got plaster on TV, sue brother sue!

i fail to see where anyone insulted another person. care to enlighten? Well, i guess jose just insulted your understanding of english. hahaha

Actually if you read the article the kid didn't kill anyone. They robbed a house and the homeowner shot and killed one of the robbers. Under some law the three surviving would-be robbers are each charged with murder.

Now, I'm definitely not condoning robbery but think about it. You go to rob a house and steal some stuff. Homeowner shoots and kills your friend and then you get charged with murder?

This is similar to accidental deaths too. Like for instance, awhile back some girl started a street race around here and she ended up crashing. She hit a car that was not in the race and killed them, herself and a female passenger in her car. They decided to charge murder for all of them to the guy who was racing the female. Yeah they shouldn't of been racing but its kind of messed up to be charging someone who was no directly responsible. I think it's better to charge the person who caused it all. Well, they are dead, so I guess they got the ultimate punishment.

But I notice one thing. People are not satisfied, they can't accept accidents. They MUST blame someone.
