Alright guys and gals I need your help. Now is the time I need to start to get in shape for summer (gotta look good in a bathing suit you know) I have been trying to work out at our gym in our apartment complex. That lasted about 3 days.
I work two jobs and when I get home from work the last thing I wanna do is go to the gym!
So my question to you all is...what are some good things to eat to try to loose a little weight? I get burned out on salads really quick and with the dressing they aren't even that healthy! I cook dinner for my boyfriend and I a couple nights per week and I am out of healthy ideas!
