lol the base of the tank was so shiny and smooth this morning i thought it didn't cure over night and this stuff usually cures in a couple of hours.

but it's definately dry.

I didn't like the look of the front with the tank on the stand so i ran a test with a broken off peace i wanted to know 2 things what the shape of the wood was like under the finish and how much work to sand.











a couple of seconds and brand new wood that's a winner.

a coat of stain down i might want to go with a second coat but it's still wet and needs to soak in.

bottom screw holes patched i used 3' and 1/4 screws on this peace should not move in a 100 years lol.

3 coats of stain to off set the colour from the stand.
