Doesn't look like either grammodes or dovii.

and just as a side bar,
Nandopsis has been restricted to only the cichlids found on the caribbean and West Antillies islands.
Haitiensus, tetracanthus and ramsdeni are the only cichlids in Nandopsis.
Grammodes has been given its own genus, Chiapaheros.
Mitochondrial DNA testing has determined it to be sufficiently separate from Parachromis, and Nandopsis to warrant its own separate genus

deffinetly has some jag in it you can tell by the marbling on the gill plate doviis have spots their and RTM have nothing not sure what the other half is

I would do 6days a week with one break day while they are small once they get big 3 times a week will work
