I would do 6days a week with one break day while they are small once they get big 3 times a week will work

How big will mine grow? at the moment I have a 150 but I will be upgrading in the next year to a 250+

I would do 6x a week for the first year or so
Its hard to tell with hybrids but I would expect them to get around 18" maybe more maybe less

Ok cool! I'll definitely keep that feeding schedule and then switch to 3 times a week after the year passes.

Looks like a jag hybrid to me as well. Most likely a dovii cross. I definitely see heavy traits of both species.
