Depends on what I've been doing before hand if I wash or not. I know I should but it allways doesn't happen. If I'm handling anything after work the hands are washed. Something for me to work on harded. I do wear disposible gloves when handeling thier food.

before and after.... i use a medical grade microbial soap when i can too...

i wash my hands and arm (coz im usually shoulder depth in to it) i use a small bit of soap, then rinse, then scrub to make sure the soaps off (what i like to think as completely).
and ALWAYS wash them again after but this time with more soap lol

I use those orange hand and blue sleeve aquarium gloves when ever I work in my tanks. I try not to go in bare-handed, but usually rinse my hands in freshwater if I have too.

Before and after religiously....period.
I use the smallest possible drop of Dawn brand soap, water as hot as I can handle without scalding. When you wash, sing the Alphabet song to ensure proper duration. Hit the nail beds.

I wash my hands without any liquid or anything because i think you cant rinse it all off and it cant do your tank any good if you miss a bit so i guess i do.

But allways allways after!
