Water change disaster?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
After a bit I took out the siphon so it was just refilling and added dechlorinator whike it’s filling I was just tryna save a bit of time because it’s been a busy stressful day for me today. I used a garden hose to fill it up so no I couldn’t adjust the temps. I get paid tomorrow and I should have way more than enough to buy a python. Only thing is, first paycheck comes via us post office which takes forever.
Don’t be shocked if your fist cheque is less than anticipated as things get deducted that you were unaware of :-)

you will love having the python, great investment

I’ve talked to a manager about the paycheck and since I’m minor There won’t be so much taken out as there would be if I were an adult. Also I get 12/hr and worked around 30-35hr this week plus I get paid for 3 days of orientation

Cutting corners will just bring you more troubles. Make a schedule you think you can stick to and stick to it. Daily water changes I don’t think is realistic at all for you. I would do 2-3 50% waterchanges a week and see where that puts you as far as nitrates go.

My water change schedule is going to have to be made around my work schedule because most days I get home at 5-8pm and eat then go to bed and don’t have time for a wc

Here’s this weeks schedule. I’m the bottom row written in ink gotta wake up at 9am which ain’t too early and work to 7meaning I won’t have time for a wc. As soon as j get a python then I’ll be back to doung 2 65% a week because then I won’t have to carry a bucket around whike already tired and sore B749D636-0F3C-40E4-9D80-4BA97A391EA0.jpeg

kno4te kno4te Deadeye Deadeye the water still is in only in the low 70s, Faust is breathing fast but moving around and won’t eat and acting like a completely different fish

Did 5 test strips to see the accuracy because I often get different results. Parameters are a bit off from what’s normal and I’m doing a chemical ammonia rn
