Thanks Fishluvr. It also looks like the vast majority of the eggs were fertilized. The pair hasn't eaten since I placed them in the tank that I've seen. I hope they eat soon. I'm sure that they have expended a lot of energy through courtship, breeding, and guarding the nest.

You're right, they are amazing and beautiful! It's stunning how eager they are to breed so soon after relocation. I really enjoy having the beauty of large cichlids without all of the hyper-aggression. I've seen the ones that you carry and they are very gorgeous creatures.

I know that I said that I would wait until later to post a video, but I had to capture this. They have been acting this way all day. They are particularly protective of the large flower pot. They don't like me coming near it. The male follows the camera as it gets closer to the female. Oh, I will be doing some aquascaping. I think these two deserve it!
