Second preferably thouse animals should (like all food animals) be raised and bred in captivity in natural farms, with natural diets, wich would make all of us healtier.
And third for peat sake find a way to respect the normal ways to kill, conserve and sell the meat. Have some mersy by the animal that will full your gut. DONT bucher it wille he still is alive and find a way to to humanely kill the animal, wich pre-excludes all metods normaly used in food markets. Its not triing to mess with their culture, its not triing to be duche bag, its just plain comon sence. If you fell hurt then the animal will fell hurt. Just try to imagen the ABSOLUTE HORROR OF BEING BUCHERED ALIVEIf they find a way to do that, then both the animals and human would live in a much better world

Don't want to stir the pot but i didn't read this post before. Its great in theory, and with private farms maybe. But...there is nothing natural or humane about the practices of factory farms. The meat you buy at the store more than likely came from a conscious animal. So you can't really attack other cultures...
