Weaning Datnoids off feeders suggestions

just an update: I'm weak (i give them a feeder or two a week =( ) but they are making progress. 2/3 are now "chewing" on freeze dried krill. Hopefully they'll starting swallowing it soon. They don't seem interested in anything else I offer (hikari food sticks, sinking pellets, or frozen bloodworms). I'll suck it up and starve them now.
from the datnoids i had the thinbars were the most pickest ive ever had. ive never had problems with the IT and the silvers. but thinbars will definately eat anything shrimp.
one of them ate a piece!!!! i love progress. Hopefully they'll all follow suit and I can start fattening them up.

If they are bigger than three inches they can go longer than that. Beleive me, I had NGT go for many months before eating. Try MP and FD krill first, before you even try pellets. GL

I think he went 6 months before he took MP. He was a 4 inch NGT and was very skinny towards the end of his fast. Hes fine now, but the other NGT from the same batch who took massivore right away is about twice his size.
