Jeeesus, the form in all 3 pics is garuanteed to cause serious back and neck injury. http://www.abcbodybuilding.com/Squats/.

Back should be streight, face and eyes forward at all times and your knees should remain behind your feet, if they are over you feet them you are leaning to far forward.

That's the worst link I've ever seen. It's a computer animated figure who is still not squatting to depth. Poor example and this is why so many teeny boppers in wife beaters at Gold's end up squatting like that.

Without actualy showing someone its pretty hard to teach them correct form, most pics youl find on the net are of people using equaly bad form, this is a close to good form as i could find.

Best bet would be to find a experianced lifter in the gym who can spot you and help correect your form or buy Arnold's bodybuilding encyclopedia to learn correct form.

Ok lower the bar, more reps. new video coming soon, hopefulyl I get what you guys are telling me lol

Check out squat videos from powerlifting federations such as USAPL and IPF. All of the lifters must squat to depth or the lift will not count. All squats are walked out and generally have perfect form.

Muscle confusion, proper nutrition (lots of protien), rest, proper form (don't cheat yourself, dont just go through the muscle, you need to struggle).

LOL, I'm 150lbs and... 5' 10". Hey is it good that I can bench 185 lbs 8x times? Whats a good rep range and how long should I work out? I'm a real ectomorph.
