I would like to see the pictures backing yourself as well. I'm sorry, I know too well about the human body, but if you're trying to tell us that you have a bf % any less than 20% (assuming that is your pic in your avatar) than you're lying.

I've had a body fat percentage of 14 for a long while now.;)
Then again.... I am Asian and pretty skinny.
About 5'6"-5'7" and 100-110 pounds (not good with that system...).

My bad bsixx, I meant to quote undermost. Someone suggested about getting toa bf of 5-7%, his next post said "i managed it". I was suggesting that if that is himself in his avatar, he was somewhere around the 20% range. He also said he had pictures of himself, thats why I said I haven't seen them either! Again, I apologize!

What changes have you made so far? My biggest reccomendation would be to squat to depth. In your video, other you not going deep enough, your form looked right on.

Oh ok I thought you were starting to flame me too
lol

diet, i took out all fast food and most saturated fats, i eat a bunch of chicken, wheat pasta, red meats, fish, veggies, fruits and started taking whey protein about 200 grams a day.
and bean making prepared foods for work a few days ahead of time.

still needs work, but thats all i have right now.

No, and I'm not exactly sure...
I had it checked recently when I had to go for a health screening for National Service.
They did several tests, though my memory is foggy so I can't tell you exactly what...

you do you BF% with skinfold measurements, enter them on one of the many calculators on the net.

If you do not have a six pack, I garuntee you are over 14% body fat.
Just because of your ethnicity doesn't mean that you have a certain amount of bf or lack of lol. It certainly helps. but it also depends on diet, and your activness. There are fat people in every culture and race.:)

LOL that's not what I meant.

I really am, just very skinny.
I don't have a six pack, but slight "cutting" or whatever it's called.
I have friends with much lower body fat percentage, but no packs.
Though it could be that they measured wrongly.
I have not tried myself.

um, have you ever seen those skinny starving african kids who have huge guts?

New video.
Ok maybe my stance is too close or whatever, But i tried this with 135 lbs and 450 lbs and I still got the same result? Do you think I need to be more flexible or something?

cause this is the absolute lowest I can go. Stance has my feet set at shoulder width apart, feet slightly angled out and this is as low as I can go!

WTF please help me out, in the video it is only 225.

Supposed way to squat (135/ not me)

Can somebody please tell me the difference between how low I go, and how low this girl goes, where I see no difference...
I can see maybe it might seem as she goes lower as she is clearly a very small person, therefore closer distance to the ground...

From what i can see both of mine and her backs are straight, we are looking up, and neither of our legs are completly horizontal, they have a slight angle to them. I can see in the first video I didn't get low enough, but in this one it looks to be about spot on with this girls video...

Please somebody help me out...

Ditch the machine. I hate machines. The mechanics of the machine is not the same as your body! Your form looks ok, just not deep enough. Again, ditch the machine and squat free wieghts. Trust me, you'll be plenty flexible to squat to depth. Strip the weights off the bar and start with 0lbs or 135lbs until you get your form and depth right. Otherwise, you'll be wasting your time.

Forgot to add, place the bar lower on your back. It allows for the center of gravity to be placed more directly over your hips (which is what you use to drive up), it will also take the pressure off your neck, which will prevent you from looking down during heavier weights. You sort of struggled with 225x2 in video, strip the weight down and work in sets of 8-12 until your form is right. Trust me, you'll get stronger when your form is right, and your legs will grow as well.
