weight lifters? Need help...

Yeah at least take a multivitamin like GNC megamen. Train Strong and eat lots of clean lean protein. (hey that rhymes) and most important...SLEEP! sleeping is the only time your muscles has a chance to rebuild recover grow. Most of us live a very hectic and busy life style and we don't devote time of a full nights rest.
 
as a college football player i done some stuff put on 25 lbs of muscle in a month naturally. Work till u cant and take a carbohydrate shake before workouts and a protien after. and eat 3000 at least calories a day
 
I used to take animal products. but that crap is soo much money..
 
you seem pretty swell bro, havent read all the respond. but if you want to be at 215 with low body fat and look rip. your gonna need to bulk up to like 250-270 then cut. eat a lil lesser then what you normally eat....eat healthy and clean....do cardios....and hit they gym hard. keep doing till you like where you at. dont worry about cardio when your bulking. not sure if our a natty or not. as for supplements you dont really need it if your already getting all the nutrition from good food. i perfer all natural anyways forget the supplements most are garbage. i used to take animal paks....had to take like 9 large pills and my piss was lime green. keep doing heavy weights and switch up routines every few weeks or a month. once a week or 2....reward yourself and eat whatever you want...pizza, burgers or whatever. it wont affect anything...its good cuz it keeps your body guessing....keep up the good work and dedication and you be good. i need to hit the gym again.

but im no pro bro. so you can take my advice with a grain of salt. everybody is different do what works for you and stick to it. what worked for me might not for you.
