OMG!!!! He's so awsome....I just HAND FEED him!!!!! I love it, I held his silverside in the water first, then a little higher up and then just above the water line...he actually lifted his head out of the water and took it!!!!! HE IS SO COOL!!!!!!!!!!!

oscars are big cats are awesome to handfeed, my oscars wait right at the surface when they see me with the shrimp bowl..i wouldn't trade them for anything.

He is!!!! He's so funny he already watches my every move when I'm in the room with him too. I'll be sitting there and look over and he is staring at me like "hey, I'm over here"....

Mine would maul me if I try to hand feed it. I keep all appendages at a safe distance when I feed mine.

Actually, I think they can...but I could be wrong. He just looks a little cramped IMO, and I planned on getting a bigger tank anyway
