I didnt even say i was like amazing or setting a record with my africans. you and bderick are just putting words in my mouth. I didnt say i was amazing or anything? crazyfish said it could work with a oscar.. wh7y arent you guys getting mad at him? why only me. That really ticks me off.. you know other people can say stuff but when i say something everyone gets mad. Just forget everything i said i guess im just an idiot. Have a nice day and good lukc with your fish OP. Hope you have a nice tank.

They aren't getting mad at me cuz I'm cool:headbang2 lol

And the reason i said "ok thanks" was cause there is no point in arguing... like i didnt want to make it personal or anything. I know you guys are more experienced then i am but doesnt mean w.e i say is wrong. But if you say its pointless then i guess it is.

ya crazyfish.. i guess you are cool.. they just like to pick on the stupid 15 year old..

Im pretty sure your not some expert on arowana's? And everyone has a right to put in there 2 cents.. and thats mine. Everytime i see a thread like this i see you post "nope it wont work"? why? how do you know it wont work? and btw i did say " i would wait till its at least 7" before put andthing with the arowana"

IMO true experienced Aro owners have successfully grew their Aro's to adulthood and with a happy life. Not to bash on you calleja but ppl would listen to advice from those successful long term Aro owners and not from some Uncle's word...Your Uncle probabely was successful in keeping Aro's but that's your uncle, not you...And that's why your whole argument started...so everyone just chill pls and get over it:nilly:

i never put words in you mouth you typed i proved 13 people wrong on my african tank...if you read i said to crazyfish that life and death was more improtant and that aros should be much larger then oscars to work together...don't cry we are not picking on you...you just are giving advise on something you don't really know yet...all we are doing is stating what we that have had exp. with these fish personally and not through others witch is what you were doing...alot of people think that once and aro goes into their tank they know all that is to be had on aros when they have alot to learn...now before you freak out and say i am going after you read that i correct every thing i see wrong not just you...also me and brian aren't the best of friends we don't agree on everything, but baby aro tankmates is one that we do... relax as you are not getting picked on...

i typed that before when i corrected you aswell, but once a person feels that they are picked on they miss the details...when i said his agurement was pointless

Some cichlids are compatible but I wouldn't trust most of them with a young aro until your aro is mature enough to handle it's own. I have my 3 Aros with cichlids but they are half my Aro's size. Also I wouldn't trust Jaguar Cichlids especially becuz my 7" Jag would beat the crap out of my 16" Aros...I ended up getting rid of the Jag.

Anyways GL on your exams.

if you look at my avatar you will see that i have all of the above in with mine...the key is SIZE of the aro...i just sold my big aro to get many small ones to raise...for cichlids to work with aros the aro needs to be alot bigger...
