I want to get some fully aquatic turtles that are small and fairly easy to take care of, so my question is what would be a good breed of turtles and where could I get them???

there aren't many small fully aquatic turtles if any. Stinkpots are small and although they do need land they don't need as much.

i've always loved snapping turtles. look for alligator snapppers. if not commons are also very nice. just remember that after they are 3 - 4 inches they will get nasty

I imagine snappers kinda fail at the "small" hurdle.

Yea so far the stink pots seem to be the way to go (I have asked other people to). I had a common snapper for about two-three weeks but they get really big pretty fast and I caught him in the wild (he was a hatchling) so I decided to let him go.

Yes, cuz fly river turtles DEFINITELY don't fail that hurdle..

Where do stink pot turtles live in the wild? Or where could you possibly purchasse them (I live in Michigan)?

You should definately be able to purchase them. and lol at FRT. How about a mata mata lol.

Alright thanks ;-)
