I was actually having a fairly good day.

I apologize for being so snappy. It just happens every single time this kind of thread pops up. People love to argue about which is the largest and there's really not argument at all.

The thread was about which is the largest, not the longest. I posted the correct answers. Ive been workin with herps for 15+ yrs now....I think I know the difference between longest and largest. But I assume too much of others, I suppose. It was silly, btu anyway...thats why I got irritated.

And has there really ever been a wild water monitor that rivaled the size of the largest komodos?
