Toni's staple is Hikari Carnisticks, and freeze dried krill, treats of frozen blood worms, brine shrimp, live crickets, meal worms.
Catness has Hikari carnivor pellets and what ever above that Toni don't steal as I try to get it to her.
HRP's staple is Hikari Gold pellets, NLS flakes, treats same as Toni save the crickets and meal worms, those are Toni size
The new Acuras will be the same as the HRPs.

And omega one shrimp pellets
They're the staple at the moment because I have a ton of it and want to use it.

The other foods I use are as follows:

Api tropical greens flake
Aqueon shrimp pellets
Hikari blood worms
National geographic bottom feeder sinking disks
Marineland shrimp wafers
Hikari mini algae wafers

Hikari cichlid staple mini pellets
Several bags of floating pellets I fed my oscar back when I had him

For my large fish I feed brine shrimp pellets as a staple, with some Ocean Nutrition and frozen bloodworm now and again. Insects occasionally too.

Shrimp get cheap algae tablets, but I use a strong light to grow lots of algae and they love it.

My smaller fish and killifry get:
Microworms
Powdered fry food
EPA-HDA powder
Flake
Frozen foods

NLS and Hikari cichlid medium sinking pellets as that is all my Midas will eat, He will actually run from shrimp or tilapia when i drop it in he will stay on one side of the tank untill i remove them, i tested him once he stayed on the other side of the tank for 4hrs as soon as i removed the food he went back to that side.

I feed carnivore sticks and veggie sticks from yourfishstuff.com. great prices on my opinion and my oscars love that stuff. goldfish and guppies love it too.

Thanks for that, I will get some small bags and try them out! Much cheaper than Hikari.
