What are you feeding?

The next food I'm adding to my arsenal is going to be a product of flake food called Cobalt. But for now this is it.
I crush a lot of the pellets and waffers into a fine powder that is then fed to both my fry and adult fish.

Not showing frozen or live foods, but this is the "dry" food I feed my fish.
I'm secluded to small town fish foods lol what's in those jars if you don't mind me asking? I'm curious.
And agreed about the dry foods lol I also feed shrimp sometimes as well but that's about it aside from the occasional feeder fish like guppies.
For frozen I have blood worms and brine shrimp and live food is crickets and meal worms. I get all of this from Petsmart, it's 5 minutes down the road from me. She has been eating live crickets and meal worms from the same store now for over a year with no issues.
Dry food is from the Wet Spot and online
