It's look more assemble of a RTG with normal light, It's a nice looking Aro.
You should try to give it some crickets to get him to eat then train him to eat carmo stick, or you can try to starve him 4~7 days then throw a carmo stick in front of powerhead/water current and see if he will go after it, dim your light for first few weeks.

Will try what you said. I notice that he rejects and sort of pellets but he's eating dried shrimps. Will go and buy a box of crickets and we'll see if he accepts.
