What Cichlids can go into a 65 Gallon?

Hey guys im new here just my first thread not sure if i should be putting it here either? im just wondering what sort of cichlids i could put into my new 65 gallon i like some of the tougher and more aggresive cichlid because of their nature and how unique they are! any ideas would help

welcome to MFK..figure out what fish you like the best ... at least have an idea.. then we can tell you how many and if it will work... otherwise we can just suggest some..but they may not be what you like.. :D:D
 
what are the measurements of the tank?? that will also help narrow it down. tanks come in different sizes and shapes for the same gallonage. some can be wider, deeper, longer, octagon, corner etc....

some almost sure-fire bets would be rams, angels, firemouths, jewels, kribs, convicts, apistos, acara....you have a decent amount of choices as long as you have GOOD filtration and keep up with weekly water changes

Go with a single large cichlid like a Midas
 
A pair of borlei's would also be nice...
 
Not as pretty as Borlei's! Lol.
 
Depends on the dimensions of the tank but green terror or jack dempsey would be cool.
