What do you do to stay in shape and stay healthy?

so your trying to build and maintain muscle and you use weights ..i use to do it..just reps though not heavy weights..thats great.. you must be in good shape..!

im trying to get more bulked, right now im only 5'11" and 155, but i can bench 210 and squat 325, but still no where where I want to be
:(
thats why i started going twice a day and using supplements and talking with my friends who are in the body building buis and personal trainers

never touch them and also no package foods because of msg and preservatives.. msg keeps my mind going and going and i cannot sleep..i always know if a restaurant added it..they do it for flavour. like i said your pretty wise and health concious.

this is a great ab/upper body work out. it is pretty intense at first but you get used to it quick depending on how in shape you are.

You call that a nice work out, you sound like your ready for the Olympics..:WHOA: good for you!
