What do you do to stay in shape and stay healthy?

Probably less calories then lasanga and a few others i make for holidays.. what i do is just pile up on the green beans and salad but i love that recipe and i know everyone else will too.

seriously though i have not really exersized for quite a while and need to do so.
after packing in MMA and weights i have piled the pounds on, i also stopped smoking which did not help the waistline LOL.

you look fine ..just a little exercise and you will be okay..great you gave up the smokes.. that is not an easy undertaking...

Order it on-line if you have to, but I am sure you have an Asian food store, and I am also sure Safeway, Albertsons, or whatever the chain giants are in your area. BUT if you can't find them progresso Italian style bread crumbs will suffice....

Climb trees and make giant tree forts with broken trees. I am also a roofer in which is a very physically demanding job especially during summer days when it gets to be around 140 degrees on the roof and your covered with shingle dust, wood shingle dust and stuff you can't even describe lol. So I pretty much stay active constantly and multi task all the time with different activities. If you count playing guitar for hours straight as well for excercise because your making your hands very strong and plus you can break a sweat lol. There is some of the stuff i do to keep busy and fit.
I am sorry i must have been posting when you were posting and missed this one..didn't help that i was drooling over a great recipe.. you need to eat.. a roofer is one of the most demanding physical jobs there is.. you deserve to enjoy every morsel of food.. you have my sincere best wishes to enjoy!!!

I will try tommorrow in a great store about an hour from me that has all different food isles from different countries..just happen to be going there..so this is perfect timing..thanks very much again!!!
 
I'm a far cry from a healthy individual.
I am 6'1" tall, and when I was in highschool I had topped out at 205 Lbs, Wearing a size 38/32 pair of jeans.
Since graduation I lost alot of weight, My lowest being 143 lbs. I have fit into a 30/32 but I like to wear 32/32 jeans. Since hitting my lowest weight I have gained some of it back, I'm no longer a skeleton, about 160 lbs and I'm comfy with my size now.
my diet sucks. I'll eat anything put in front of me including fast food, but my favorite foods are stir-frys, fresh fish filets/steaks, poultry, red meat here and there, any italian dish, taco salad, and so on. I noticed a huge difference when my family switched over to diet soda, regular soda jus sucks now! I dont feel bad about throwin beers back, eatin some pizza, and bein lazy on a sunday...
