I am an eternal pit and could eat for hours on end. I drank a gallon of milk in 3 minutes and 50 seconds before and didn't even puke and right after that I had a 2 boxes of totinos. I am not joking to the least exstent I am the worst eater lol. My activity keep me healthy though. Plus I guess I eat alot of more organic foods as well.

I am fast yet really tall and pretty damn strong. Lift weights. Usually bench and do squats as well as lots of cardio running and resistance running ( Tie bungy cords to your ankles and try to run. You'll know what I am talking about lol) I actually got pretty good at it but it BURNS my thighs. When I am not practicing in football I am doing my favorite pastime besides water changes lol ( I am old school with that bucket routine, did used to use pumps and hookup RV hose to sinks but it just made to much of a mess water spraying everywhere and plus it's a good work out) which is mountain biking on my property as well as taking pics of my woods. I also go out to see whats in my woods animals and stuff like that as well as go swimming in my river with the trout and turtles lol. Trout are gone as of now lol as it is very cold right now. Climb trees and make giant tree forts with broken trees. I am also a roofer in which is a very physically demanding job especially during summer days when it gets to be around 140 degrees on the roof and your covered with shingle dust, wood shingle dust and stuff you can't even describe lol. So I pretty much stay active constantly and multi task all the time with different activities. If you count playing guitar for hours straight as well for excercise because your making your hands very strong and plus you can break a sweat lol. There is some of the stuff i do to keep busy and fit.

First you make a butter compote, use some rosemary, thyme, butter of course, white pepper, sea salt, and some fresh parsley for color and little flavor. Mix the compote in a bowl with a spoon is fine, I use my hands for everything (to kick it up a bit you could use some bacon crumbs as well...) Sometimes I will pound the chicken out and roll everything together, but "my" way is to cut a pocket in the chicken breast. It is real easy, you just start cutting strait in it and make sure not to go all the way through the chicken. With every cut stick your fingers in the chicken to fell your way around the inside so you can make the biggest pocket possible. My next trick is to mince the ham (I prefer honey smoked) and the cheese ( I prefer Gouda for this dish or swiss) together so you can get more in the chicken. The breading consists of plain flour, egg-wash (1 egg mixed with 3 tablespoons of water) and lastly panko (Chinese bread crumbs) I leave the outside plain as far as seasonings and let the inside do all the talking...lol Take the butter compote and spread it all throughout the inside of the incision. then the minced ham/cheese mixture. Dip in flour, then the wash, then the panco. Keep one hand dry through all of this so you don't get all messy in the flour. Heat up your oil of choice (I prefer EVOO) fry until golden brown and finish in the oven at 425 for 16-22 Min's depending on your elevation. And if you REALLY want to go all out you can make a beshamel (sp) Heat up some heavy cream dice some swiss, or whatever you prefer, make sure the cream is boiling (it will not burn like milk because of the fat content) and slowly add the cheese while whisking it. Let this reduce by half, and viola dinner is served. (might I suggest fresh green beans nice salad and a white wine?)
