are you sure you quit?? If I recall I seen a couple packs of Marb lights on a table in one of your recent photo frenzies lol.

No you didn't:) I didn't smoke those lol....

Not eating fast food, and I married a girl that likes to cook (score one for me). It's amazing what home cooking does for the body. I also go to a school with all parking at the bottom of a huge hill, and most classes at the top, except for one that is across campus on the bottom of the hill after a class at the top. That's why Texas State has some of the best legs of any party school around. I usually spend my weekends pulling seines and electroshocking in streams (a helluva workout) or hiking around looking for arrowheads and stuff. For upper body, I prefer the twelve ounce lift and "deep breathing" exercises. Happy to say I'm in the best shape of my life. I'm 25, 165 lbs up from 145 2 years ago. It's mostly muscle, but instead of a six pack, I have more of a jug of beer...

The whole focused workout and gym thing never has appealed to me. I'd rather be out doing something with the fitness part as just something that goes along with it.

I dont do anything special to stay healthy. I just live how I want, and do what I want. I lift weights from time to time, just for fun. I'm happy with my body. So why do anything different?

and some No-Explode!!!

You understand this does nothing but load you up with caffeine right? Nitric oxide was recently proven to have no effect on muscle growth. Get yourself a good protein complex (I prefer Nitrean from atlargenutrition.com).

In the Army we get paid to stay in shape. Awesome deal;)

It doesn't have as much growth as protein, but gives you lots of energy. It does have nitric oxide which does help muscle growth. I don't believe that study. I have seen the results. I also took Cmi Red cell pro, thats a pretty good one. I took these at separte times. What do you take?

push ups and crunches a few times a week, actually bought the push-up-pro on that they have on tv, and have been using that.
I swim sometimes too, and play in pick up games of whatever.
gonna start lifting again bc im not in as good of a shape as highschool (freshman 15 and all that) from last year and then now this one.
