What do you do to stay in shape and stay healthy?

Dead serious I can eat anything and not gain a pound. I just got finished a big azz cheeseburger with fries mmmhmmm. My dads cheesesteaks are pretty damn good also.

well one your 13? so you have a fast metabolism (now anyway) and when that starts to slow down(which it will) your going to gain alot of weight if you continue the way you eat...
 
I'm 13, Skinny, and pretty muscely. I was like, fat as, lol, But i had a big growth spirt. I would start exersizing, weight lifting, push ups... But I'm too damn lazy lol. I'm the 3rd tallest in my grade of 300 people, And I'm 5'11. I way 55 Kg too.

your fine, your young, i wouldnt start working out till you hit your 16 Bday or start getting fat:D

if you start too young, it can cause more harm then good. for one growth stunting...
 
Muscle Asylum is all junk...nothing but crafty marketing. As for supplements, my routine is pretty simple.

Multivitamin: Animal Pak
Protein: ON 100% Whey or Nitrean
Misc: Muscle Milk (meals on college are rough)

In the past I've taken Cytogainer, True Mass, Noxplod, creatine, and some joint support thing. IMO, the simpler the better. Just eat like a champ and lift like its your job. I'm taking in about 3200 calories and 225g of protein everyday and am putting on clean mass still. Went from a scrawny 145lbs to 190lbs in a little over a year and a half.
