Nah whats sad it that everyone here has just criticised the owner, without offering aid. Even if the owner isn't conceeding that it may be skinny for one of the proposed reasons, doesn't mean that he wont read advice if you offer it. But of course you call BS when he takes your advice... mature right?

WoW.............
DONT YOU THINK... US telling HIM TO FEED THE POOR GUY ISNT GOOD ENOUGH ADVISE!!!!!!!! from my understanding an arguement had developed because of comments/remarks the owner replied with..

and then has calmed downed by him almost admitting it was starved but refused to and referred to internal parasite... in which he says he will medicate it(prazipro)... that state's right there he knows what he is doing if he's goin to medicate him/her... because he asked for no such help... in regaurds to medication, HE just said INTERNAL PARASITE!!! (MEDICATION will be used)...

NOW you jump in the MIX and INSTIGATE this whole MATTER and ask if we are all MATURE....? hahahahahahaha!!! i did state in my first comment im not here to flame anyone... but you just showed it to me and everyone else, theres some FLAMING on your end.. and if you cant handle or read this whole thread before commenting i believe or SHALL I SAY I WILL FLAME YOU!!!!...... so READ THIS WHOLE TREAD AGAIN BECAUSE I BELIEVE AND IT SHOWS THERE ARE HELPUL HINTS in THA CITY OF.... ~C.R.E.A.M~

I said he could have an internal parasite-anything COULD BE possible I guess. As for the tank I have a 16 oz bottle of Stress Zyme to dump in and I'm going to use 40lbs of Eco Complete gravel in my wet/dry. The Stingrays, Datnoid and my new Pike Cichlids will be added first. A week later the Eels. The Peacock Bass will be moved to the 30 gallon to medicate and hopefully "power feed" him. I didn't start fishkeeping yesterday like some people seem to think. I have kept 5 different species of Piranha before these fish. I had a pair of breeding full grown Angelfish, etc, etc. But I have never had a fish look as skinny as this one is right now!!! I do have pics of previous fish to prove my point.

As for the Peacock Bass, I am glad I am not selling him at the moment because he wouldn't even touch any shrimp, silversides or nightcrawlers last night. All he wanted to do was try to hide. I guarantee everyone that this has been the first time that he did this. I am now thinking he has an internal problem.

Actually if anyone here has said anything supportive it has only been Will so instead of saying that I don't feed my fish (which is totally untrue) then why don't you give some advice instead of saying stupid things that are just going to get under my skin?
I might have to resort to giving him some feeders for a few days before I give any treatments. This fish obviously has to eat something and if he keeps rejecting frozen foods he has to be fed feeders as much as I hate doing that.

If you are still going to tell me that I starved my fish don't even post. If you are willing to offer any advice you may do so.

we are not saying you dont feed your fish... we are saying that pbass needs to EAT!!!! and by you not giving a rats arse about it in youre earlier comments by sayng its the fish is fault for not eating when it needs to.... (bro, i have a blind fish in my tank with other pbass, and he never gets to eat with them.... what do i do? hand feed him so he does eat!!! do you want a PIC... all it is patience!)so if you want we can definitly argue!!!! when i have already said im not here to flame anyone BUT here we go!! by you saying, dont comment on here.... because we have nothing good to say!! ill tell you also... STOP being DEFENSIVE!!! because all im reading is, help is there but you just ignore and reply with B>S... and then get flamed all over again..... just admit to it... its starved:grinno:
and now all you have to do.. is watever it takes for him to get back where he needs to be!!!;)

Now your are starting to make sense of it all...but first of all THIS THREAD COULD OF EASILY BEEN VERY INFORMATIVE FOR YOU if you had just asked the right questions instead of making and imma say it because that exactly what they were, those dumb a** remarks that actually turned this thread sour...IMO this is how it went, plan and simple...You posted your fish for sale and members saw your fish and thought that you weren't feeding him due to the photos, which obviously thats exactly what the photo shows. Then you defended yourself stating that you do feed your fish but there also came the "like I said" dumb a** remarks of "if the fishes doesn't eat then thats his fault" and "if you think you can fix im then i dare you to buy him" when you could of EASILY ASKED QUESTIONS and then others commented that they had a fish that looked exactly like yours with the sunken belly due to interenal parasites, and then you could of EASILY ASKED QUESTIONS... but instead came the dumb a** remarks...Bro I could careless about your feeling and sorry I can hold your hand like Will and rub your feet and probably no one else will, but I promise if it is concerning your fishes health then we will ALL threw in a helping hand!!! Think about how different this thread would of been if you had just posted this yourself as "My fish has a sunken belly" added some photos and stated your concern!!! instead of "hey buy my fish he doesn't looked normal for some reason, i tried to fix him and it didn't work so if you think you can i dare you to buy him"
