What do you guys think White or Black sand?

Thanks for the vid dude, yeah I see how it kinda makes the fish stand out. See what originally got me on the concept of which one looks more natural while still being beneficial to the fish was when I saw

Notice how the sand works with the decor. But I was just concerned about the glare.
 
red tail dont get me wrong, white would be more natural than black, like that guys setup. But it also appears he has alot of things floating on top to block out alot of the light. If your crafty white could look real good. But the same goes for black. But for me personally I dont have anything floating on the surface to block the light so 64watts over my tank makes things really glow. IF I got some floating plants to help block out I may like white better. But me personally next tank I will be getting tan sand, either tan pool sand, paver sand or something like that and using granite rocks to get that natural look without the worries of being to bright or to dark.
 
Over the year or so I collected peoples tank pics with white/black substrate, so Ill prob make u even more confused on what to get.

I changed it from white to blackish.
 
depends on what type of fish your keeping...my personal prefernce would be black
