What do you keep with your arowana?

very cool. I love the fire eel!!!.. I did not know I cant keep community fish such as discuss and angelfish with arowana. I guess they dont easily fit into their mouths!

it depends on the size and the fish itself...i have had an aro kill angels and my current aros don't mind it...

tsn= tiger shovelnose catfish

rtc= redtail catfish

tsnxrtc= hybrid between the 2...

all of witch are awsome cats just need massive setups...my tsns got to 22" in 5-6 months they were 3"+- when i got them...

i like the arro tanks with the shovel nose cats and the bigger cichlids, like jaguars and oscars. also some big ol characins are cool, silver dollars, pacus, headstanders. maybe leoporinous.

My com tank of aros doesn't like shiny fish. They will kill them.

you take communing aros to the next level with what you have access to...why would you want anything else but more aros in them communs you do...

Pacus aren't good tankmates ime, mine constantly bites at my aro, and a jag would be even worse (probably end up w/ a dead aro).
