What do you listen to while working out?

How dyou find it? I like the idea of "functional movements" but I can't get into the whole box mentality...

I do crossfit type training alongside my traditional lifting... I find it incredible. Helps with cardio (i don't do much) and with my football! 5 INTs in the first 2 games. Not bad. I suggest everyone does some type of crossfit training!

Yeah, I've incorporated bits of it into my own workouts too, but I can't get into the Crossfit Cult... Jumping around yelling in their Box. Just looking for an insiders perspective into the culture...
 
i hate weight clankers. its like they have to clank at the top to count as a full rep or something.

But how many plates are they clanking? If there are 3 or more 45 plates on each side then they are just being an alpha boss. Anything less than 3 plates are for betas and they should be pointed and laughed at

This actually sounds awesome. Gotta try it one day and yell "DRAGO!!" repeatedly at the top of my lungs after the workout
 
If you weigh under 170 that'd be alpha

Anything over is beta. And I'm not mad, being mad on internet is beta too
 

If that's how much you really weigh benching 315, then that is impressive. I maxed at 295 and weighed about 150 my senior year in hs. So I know how much work is put in to bench approx double your weight. Congrats on being alpha male like me

Would love to see a video of you doing 315 though
