it's all good, you can just leave the soiled pannies on the bathroom floor for your man to pick up

Nahhh, you can pick up the tab this time ;) Oh, and get to those dishes too, they ain't gonna wash themselves... !!:irked:

On a previous car of mine there was a gimmick option called second gear shift.

^^ They mostly function as outlets to power devices though. I think the $2,600 CUP HOLDER option in a Lambo is retarded. How in the hell can it cost that much!!??

Lambos are hand made so it probably costs $400 in labor materials, the other $2200 is because people dropping $250k on a car to drive once in a while arent worried about money.

Dumbest thing I've seen is the ability to change whether yours doors unlock or not when you turn off your car. my dad programs every car he has to not open, asked him if he has ever just sat around in his locked car sland of course the answer is no.

I always though this was moronic, even back in the day. Not sure though, this may be standard equip and not an option.

Most options are useless, all I need is something to get me from A to B.

I agree with this. The car I drive most, my 01 Saturn SL, is the most base model car ever. Here's a glimpse into how basic it is.

AM/FM radio
No cruise control
No ABS
Manual locks
Manual seats
Manual windows
Manual transmission
It doesn't even have a door dinger

It gets me around just fine. I have no need for leather seats, DVD, and GPS. I wouldn't mind cruise control for long road trips, though.

I think the term "useless" depends on what you are doing with the car.

Seat warmers in the South - waste of time. Seat warmers in the Northern states - best idea ever. Cruise control on a car driven in stop and go 99% of the time - waste of time. Cruise control on a car used for long road trips - best idea ever.

This is why I have different vehicles for different types of driving.
