i think that the lungfish would just eat anything that died in the water.
plus live frogs.
 
2 questions and 1 hypothesis:

-Are all albino lungfish wild-caught, or are some "bred"?

-How long does it take for a lungfish to digest a meal, particularly one high in protein? As devil's advocate, I would think its metabolism would be rather high (particularly after eating!), AND that exporters would have cleaned out the fish before shipping to North America, AND that Toyin would have held it a few days to make sure it was in excellent health. All of which would imply it was fed frogs AFTER it entered the country. You'd have to check with Toyin for a definitive answer ...
