i dont know if thats bloated since he hasnt eaten , and hes the only animal in the tank other then a tiny pistol shrimp , i also dont think its a worm , but its not allowing him to swim very long , could it be possible that he has to be burped

As previously stated in one your numerous other threads - bacterial infection.

Sure looks red in the itty bitty picture you provide.

I hate to keep saying this, but can you do any better than a thumbnail photos. I personally see red on the belly and the abdomen appears to be enlarged. The redness can be due to substrate that the shark is not use to. But now that I see something other than the tail, I would recommend treating with an antibiotic.
I can tell that you are stressed enough about this, but if the abdominal bloating is new, it would be concerning.

yes the belly is bright pink now , he was at coarse sand at the store, now hes on soft sand... why is this happening !

Yeah - there's a reason why soft very fine sand in recommended for keeping sharks. That reason is it's much gentler on the shark's belly then course sand is. With course sand - a shark's belly can get roughed up - which can lead to a bacterial infection.

Which is what seems to be happening.

Best advice - get this shark on a broad spectrum antibiotic - ASAP.

Also note - this is likely the reason - why the shark isn't moving around like it should or isn't eating like it should. So treat the bacterial infection - and the shark will get better. If you don't - it will continue to get worse - until it ultimately dies. It's that simple.
