Dude call big al's back and ask if they have API's furan 2 and if not I think that maracyn two is nitro. Also if they don't have those tell them to please turn the box around and read the fine print. It will tell them what the active ingredients are.

so it should work , how long do u think the shark has, just have his belly is were it is pink , do u think if i got the meds around 11tomorrow morning , he could make it ?
 
Sorry but I can't say. You just have to keep you fingers crossed give it a shot tomorrow. Just remember to treat him in a separate tank.

Have you added anything to the water yet - like the PolyGuard? If so then yes- it could be helping. If not then - it's likely just going to get worse.

If you have the PolyGuard already on hand - then I would suggest using that. As the PolyGuard also has some nitro in it - so it will help reduce the problem.

Then check on the Nitro (Furan) tomorrow.
 
now hes like trying to jump out of the tank , hes swimming a lot , but he keeps sticking his head out of the water ?

Big Als carries both of these. As for the swimming question, what are the water parameters like? Has anything changed?
