But the comparison is more than likely the root of the problem of where they all went. When you compare his blue umbees to the greens most will say give me the blues without blinking. I have a feeling a lot of people were expecting a brillant fish like the blues, and the greens I have seen dont have that WOW

factor that the other variants have, and when they grew up to be somewhat bland fish (remember umbees are late bloomers and tend to take a while to turn into stunners) they were more than likely sold or taken to lfs which most of the time leads to a dead fish. If you notice none of the comparisons favor the green, but umbees do have a tendency to disappear though after all the hype. Where are all the f1 general fry fwp has sold?? Im sure the same will happen with the gorillus to some extent also, and with the mag x's also. Very few people in the long run will commit to an umbee for life and hate seeing solo fish tanks wasting a very large tank by killing all the tankmates and would rather have multiple fish in a tank without massacres. Sad though cause umbees are incredible fish (love my mags) and more should keep but the honest truth is most will say a 200+ gallon with 1-2 fish is not an option. Espescially with naggy gf/wives complaining about the tank you spent so much money on and why it only has one fish in it lol. Luckily I dont have that problem.
