What is the best looking South American cichlid out there?

Tell that to the UN... Geography has always been a bit amusing to me. But I think we can all agree anything south of Panama is definitely South America. Maybe someone should make a thread on it, you know, for educational purposes (hard to do it without sounding like a jerk though).
Also could get people to use the proper capitalization when using a scientific name, capital Genus lowercase species. As in Parachromis dovii, not Parachromis Dovii. :)

As far as SA cichlids go, I'd definitely say that the True Parrot (Hoplarchus psittacus) is up there on the list of lookers ;)
