what is the hardest cichlid to keep in your experience?

blue rams again.....

bolivians have been doing fine for almost a year... but my male blue ram died a month after i got him, and my two females died two months after i got them....

Another tough one is teleocichla

I've tried two groups and ended up with a single male twice

These are just out of nowhere brutal fish on each other

Blue rams were tough until I learned they came from such high temps in nature, after raising it past 84F they weren't tough anymore.

Chaetobranchus flavescens was the toughest I tried to keep, and failed miserably.

so far most guys said blue rams, they look pretty but they don't grow big enough for me, i love my SA/A ( Semi Aggressive/ Aggressive) large growing cichlids and hardly have any problems with any except the GT.

I had 9 Haitiensis die on me, everything else was pretty good.
