Nope..just in the fishes mouth from my understanding. Cymothoa exigua only enter through the fish's gills and then takes control of the host's tongue.

I will tell the pet store I got if from too, it would be good that they are at least aware of it. They said they had the fish for a long while beforehand, so hopefully it didn't infect too many others.
