You can have my Mexican Weather Rock. He only requires a bottle of tequilla each day. The kind with the worm...for protien.
 
Well, I toulk everything out, did a 50% w/c added 5x the normal prime. and put 24 1" goldfish back in. I tested the nitrites today and they are still high, but the amonia is down. When I check the water tomorrow if the nitrites still high I'm gona do a 75% w/c and remove 12 of the goldfish. On the bottle prime says it can lower- remove nitrites in the aquarium, is this true?

Prime does not remove nitrites, it claims to detoxify them. Are the bluegills still in the tank or just the goldfish? I know you sad that this tank was cycled, but at this point I think you need to treat this as an uncycled tank.
 
What possessed you to put in 5x the normal amount of Prime? And then dump a bunch of fish directly in?

I'm with Bderick67 on this one, treat it like an un-cycled tank or start over completely.

Theres only 12 goldfish now, Idk prime just said that it will remove nitrite if u add 5x the normal ammount so I did. SO should I just leave the tank alone now no more w/c a nd wait it out?

Well I did a little test...

I tested the water on my 120gallon and 75gallon with 2 things.

First I used the 5 drops of nitrite that u put into the lil vial..

120gallon nitrite : 0
75gallon nitrite : .25 ( last night it was about 5 )

than I used a Api nitrite and nitrate aquarium test strip on my 120gallon and 75gallon

120gallon : nitrite 0, nitrate ( I will not tell you because I feel like an ass for not doing a gravel vac in about 5 months)

75gallon : 0 nitrite, 80 nitrate

Which one should I trust?
