A 125 gallon is only 18" wide for a fish that can reach 16" or more. Not enough turn around room. It would really mess up its facial features in a tank that wide. Try a solo Caribe - they are wild caught and have very nice colors

Aren't Caribe's shoaling fish? And they get 12 inches correct? Are they less skittish than the red bellys? The one thing that is keeping me away from red bellies is that they are normally skittish. This is why I am looking at Piraya's and Blacks.

And for the 6 x 3 how many gallons would that be?

And if I had a full grown 16 inch Piraya, how many gallons would I need?
