pencils/pens, don't remember how i figured it out but my fish freak out when i put a pen or pencil flat against the glass

..nothing my Sculpin follows my hand around the tank expecting food...its kinda nerve racking.. she could probably swallow something bigger then my thumb..but no teeth really so i think im fine^_^
and she ignore the net until, it touches her then she turns to look at it and scoots away...going back to staring at my hand for food.
...guppies are afraid of not being fed when you come in the room..they freak..same for the little convict monster i just got...they are afraid of not being fed!

+1 Yeah, mine fear my 3 year old. I don't blame them either, he scares me too..
haha the net to! and my hands.... and the DARKNESS! my oscars smack into stuff and the glass when the tank and room is pitch dark... freaks me out! i keep thinking something fell in the tank! or the eheim 2250 blew up!
Make sure your top is weighted down or otherwise secured well...Oscars are notorious tank jumpers, even with a lid on the tank!livebearerfreak;4641108; said:
