What should i do with my Oscar?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
2-3 inches in a 55 are you kidding me ? That is plenty of tank for an Oscar that size. I had mine in a 10 gallon for months and then to a 29 gallon. Seriously anyone saying to take the fish back to the store needs their head examined. 2-3 inches is no cause for alarm, that's very small and a 55 is perfect for a full grown Oscar.

If you don't have the money to look after fish, don't keep them. A group of neons and live bearers would probably suit someone on a limited bugdet. Rehome the oscar for free. Whatever you decide good luck

You guys are still failing to realize that this thread is from 2009! The Oscar is probably long gone by now. BTW Happy New Year!
