What type of Sev is this?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Its a photoshop of a Turq Severum, formally heros Appendiculatus, now Heros Efaciatus Sp., not Heros Sp. notatus.

ryansmith83: This is interesting. And the funny thing is, my doesn't just have the blue face. It is a true, bluish body... the entire body, same color, with the red spots on it. Just a very interesting looking fish.

HybridGS: Given mine looks exactly like this fish, I am not buying it's a photoshop. I am looking at my fish right now. Looks just like this "photoshop".

theres been plenty of liars around here, prove it and i might believe you, till then bad excuse/cop out.

i'll bump in 3 days, still you could always photoshop a turq sev yourself.

To be clear... I could care less what you believe. I have absolutely zero to prove to you. There are several individuals on this forum who know me personally, and a few who have been to my home and seen my tanks. I don't know you, don't care about your opinion, and frankly, don't appreciate the tone you have chosen to take in regards to this conversation. You just come out and accuse people of faking photos and being liars?

To those of you other than HybridGS that have already posted in this thread, I will pm you when I take the photo, and I will email it to you. I have changed my mind about posting here. I have zero interest in HybridGS' opinion of the photo, so unless one of you put it on here, it will not appear here.

How's that for a cop out?

-Rich

Hahahahha caught you out, you filthy liar, go sit on the naughty step.

Rich is an honest and trustworthy individual. As for his severum, I've seen it myself. I raised it from an inch to about five inches before rehoming it to Rich. It was ordered into the lfs that I used to manage. If I am not mistaken, it came from a wholesaler called Ekwill. It came in labeled with the common name "rasberry severum".
