Petricola / lucipinnis or a hybrid look-alike.
I was thinking petricola as well,and it sure is fat.There also seems to be a good bit of hybridization going on with synos ithese days.

Can tell by the size of the spots on the head (larger than those on petricola)

It would appear that both species have the smaller head spots.

Yes, they both have smaller head spots than body spots, however Petricola has more and smaller spots.
Should also find that Lucipinnis has fewer and larger body spots too.

Gotcha....the petricola also appears to have a lighter body color than the lucipinis.
