my mom bought me a 1/2 gallon betta tank with neons and no betta my first personly owned fish is a festivum in a 10 gallon

A goldfish with a catfish i picked up at a bait store in a bowl

first tank was a 10g probably 17 or 18 years ago. only one was acceptable but I didnt have the tank for very long so they were still ok in it. from what i can remember: red tip shark, common pleco, bala shark, irridescent shark, bullfrog tadpole (till it started to grow legs).

then, about 10 years later, i got a 55 gal and had a silver aro, senegal bichir, striped raphael, pleco, can't remember what else. theyre all gone now. learning from my mistakes, like too small of a tank, not using UGF as only filtration (or at all), not listening to "experts" w/o researching first
